I turned in e-Reward points for a Red Lobster $** gift certificate. I have done this several times before successfully BUT this last time the link they sent me to open and print my Red Lobster gift certificate would not open. They have sent the same link several times. Since the link does not work I suggested to them that they mail me a gift card instead - they did not reply to that request. This has going on for * months. I like e-Rewards but I am tired of having go keep contacting them with NO acceptable outcome. My email connected to my e-Rewards account is *****@***.com Please help!
