I ordered pizzas and two salads from Dominos, but they forgot the salads. When I called about a refund, they said they couldn't do a line by line refund since we had already eaten. The manager mentioned they would send the salads and provide a credit on our profile. I found it surprising that they couldn't refund the missing items directly to my payment method. The manager's response was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his attitude. The order number is [redacted], in San Diego, Ava, and the missing items were two garden salads. I am not keen on ordering from Dominos again, so the credit holds little value for me. Is it truly Dominos' policy not to refund missing items to the original payment method? I made an in-person order for a meal, paid, and while exploring the customer area, I noticed a "Manager's Special: 20% off all menu items" written on the wall. I inquired with the staff member who took my order if the discount was still valid, and he confirmed it was. However, I was surprised to learn that I had to specifically request the discount to receive it. It seems odd that customers need to actively seek out information about ongoing specials, rather than them being automatically applied. It would be more customer-friendly to display signs or posters at the entrance or ordering area, or at the very least, verbally mention the discount to ensure all patrons are aware of the promotion.

I have been living in Marion, TX for 18 years, and we have been ordering pizza from your FM 78 store in Schertz, TX since it was built. Today, when I tried to order 2 pizzas for my young great-grandbabies, I was informed they were not in the delivery area. Despite having ordered from there just 2 days ago, I was told to call the Green Valley store. After waiting for two hours, I reached out again only to discover I had been contacting Arizona instead of Texas. Now, I have to reorder from the FM 78 store and hope the pizzas arrive before we all starve. This experience was disappointing as the pizza store is just 12 minutes away from my home, while Green Valley is 30 minutes away, if there is indeed one there. I apologize for venting, but the kids are hungry, and we have to wait longer. Today, I am truly disappointed in your customer service and hope for a successful delivery.

The manager at your Bromsgrove store has caused distress to my son, Mark G. He was compelled to resign due to health reasons, supported by a doctor's note. The manager is now refusing to compensate him. Several individuals have faced mistreatment under this manager, raising concerns of racial bias. This situation is summarized but outlines the problems. Following the holiday season, legal proceedings will be initiated against Domino's, the franchisee, and the manager.

I placed an order at Domino's #[redacted] on December 15, [redacted], Order #87. I called them at 3:58 to inquire about the delay in quality check and the processing of delivery. They informed me that there was no available delivery driver until 5:30 pm. Due to the long wait, I requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund, which they said would take 5 days. Today, when I called and requested to speak to a manager, a young man claimed to be one and then directed me to a supervisor. Even though I was charged $30.85, I am looking to get a refund as I canceled the order due to the inability to provide timely delivery, which was never fulfilled.

I placed an order on December 12th which did not arrive at my home due to issues with the delivery person. This has happened before. The store called me and said the delivery would be back in 15 to 10 minutes, but it never arrived. I asked to cancel the order. On the 15th, the charge appeared on my card. I contacted the Aragón store the same day. Angel G. confirmed the refund had been processed and sent proof of the canceled order. I contacted the bank for clarification, and they informed me the refund was not processed by the store.

I made an order on 12/23/21 at around 1:13 pm through the app for delivery to Virgo on Cassville White Rd. The order included a free pizza using points and another pizza and cheesy bread with a $5.99 coupon. The total was $20.20, but when I tried to place the order, an error message appeared, and my card was charged. The store asked me to contact 1-[redacted]-Dominos. After calling, I was directed back to the store, which claimed they had no record of my order. I'm frustrated that I've been charged $20 without receiving the order. I requested a refund and was met with unhelpful responses. I feel like I'm being given the runaround between the store and the corporate number. I just want my money back for the undelivered food.

I placed an order, received confirmation, but my pizza never arrived. The tracker says it was canceled. When I called the customer service number, they transferred me to the store, but no one picked up. I work in the ER at the local hospital and now have no food for my break. This situation is frustrating.

I made an online order using my gift card and realized I couldn't tip. I tried calling store #[redacted] multiple times with no answer. After ordering at 5:11pm, I didn't get a confirmation email until 5:31pm. The tracker said "delivered," but I only got my order at 6:40pm. The driver apologized and offered a free pizza for my next order as compensation since I couldn't tip during checkout. Unfortunately, the pizza and wings arrived cold. I recently contacted customer service at Domino's, hoping to place an order to avoid having my sick mother go out in the cold rain. Unfortunately, the process was frustrating. I had to endure a lengthy message about dominoes, speak to a robot that couldn't assist with my questions, and wait on hold for over twenty minutes after finally reaching a human. After this ordeal, I had to call back and repeat the same cycle. I prefer not to use the online app due to similar issues. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent Domino's order. My order consisted of 2 medium 2-topping pizzas for $5.99 each, a lava cake, a cinnamon twist bread for $5.99 each, and a 2-liter orange soda. However, upon delivery, I received 3 medium pizzas that were cold, 1 lava cake, 2 icings, but no soda or cinnamon twist bread. Additionally, I was charged $39.02, which is incorrect based on what I received. The communication with the person who took my order was challenging due to his limited English proficiency, resulting in the incorrect items being delivered. The food appeared to have been sitting for a while before being delivered. I have tried contacting both the store and customer service to address the issue and request a refund promptly without success. My order was placed on the 29th of December around 10:15 at the store located at [redacted] South Grand St. Louis, MO [redacted]. I kindly request the $39.02 to be refunded as soon as possible. I made an online order at 8:44. When I called the store at 9:45, I was informed that the delivery would be after 11 pm. The General Manager advised us to come to the store for a remake. At the store, we paid for the order again using a different credit card before receiving the food. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived, and I ended up being charged twice. This whole experience with the General Manager was extremely disappointing, and we didn't get home until after 11 pm dealing with this situation.

I called to order three pizzas last night, and they arrived an hour and 20 minutes later. I sent my son to pick them up, but the driver didn't offer change. I gave my son $30 for $25.01 worth of pizza, so he assumed there was no change. The driver left with $5. When I visited the store today, the manager was rude and did not address my concerns about waiting so long and the driver keeping the change. I feel like Domino's is not looking out for my best interests. Although I received a coupon for a free pizza, I couldn't use it in-store or online. I have reached out to customer service twice already. However, the issue is that after placing my orders, about 3 hours later, I received them, but the food was not hot. It was not even warm; it was cold. I attempted to contact the store multiple times during the 3+ hour wait, making over 10 calls, but no one answered. I am very displeased with this experience. Waiting for over 3 hours for cold food and receiving no response after calling the store multiple times is unacceptable. I paid cash upon delivery, so I am unsure how a refund would be processed, but I do expect some form of compensation for this situation.

Today, like every Friday, I ordered two large pizzas with the delicious Italian crust from Domino's Pizza at City Center location. It's always a struggle to get extra sauce, but today was even worse. They only gave me one sauce per pizza, and the delivery person was rude. When I called to complain, they said they couldn't provide more sauce because of limited supply, which is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see a franchise like this not having enough spicy sauces for their customers. It's one thing during the pandemic, but another to skimp on sauces for two $[redacted] pizzas. I order every Friday and cutting corners like this may cost them a loyal customer. The flavor we love isn't the same without the sauce. I'm upset about how they treated me and the decline in their usual quality.

On the evening of 13/01/22, as usual, I ordered a pizza from Domino's in Francisco de Montejo, Mérida, Yucatán with order number [redacted]. The estimated time was 8:35 for the order and 9:05 for delivery. The delivery person, Carlos, called me at 9:15 claiming to be from the café and stated that due to me being a new customer with incorrect address details, there were no available terminals for card payments, thus delaying the delivery process. He arrived at 9:40 and mentioned that the manager wouldn't authorize any guarantees since my address was wrong, behaving rudely. I had to go to the Caucel branch at Gran Santa Fe to purchase my pizza. It's disappointing how customers are being treated in this manner.

I placed my order at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 16, [redacted], through the Domino's Pizza app. As I noticed the pizza was taking an hour and a half and I didn't receive any messages or calls about delays, I called the branch to inquire. The female employee who answered was rude and arrogant in her responses. She even insulted me while unknowingly staying on the line, which I heard clearly. When I asked for her name and to speak with her manager, she initially agreed but then refused to provide the information. She continued to be unhelpful and disrespectful. Eventually, they canceled my order, and a new employee named "Luna" informed me that I would get a refund in 7 to 8 days, but I never received any confirmation email. I have recorded the conversation for proof since the moment the employee reconnected the call. The branch in question is located at Pantitlan - [redacted], Av Pantitlan No. 1 Col. I received an email offering 3 replacement pizzas, but when trying to order online, it suddenly became problematic. I require another email to proceed with the replacement. This is my first time encountering this situation, and I need assistance to ensure it is resolved. I recently visited the Domino's store located at [redacted] Joseph E Lowery Blvd in the west end area of Atlanta around 7:15 on January 29, [redacted]. There were two customers inside the store at that time. After waiting for the customer in front of me to complete their order and leave, it took approximately 5 minutes before an employee acknowledged me at the register. This is not the first time I have encountered poor customer service at this branch, and I hope this will be the last. I value Domino's and want to continue supporting your business, but I expect better treatment from your employees. I hope to receive a prompt response to address this issue.
