Store* ***** Raeford NC time **:**pm*Customer service… employee grunted when I got up to register because she had to get off phone. Then she asked where was the stuff I had in my hand. I replied I put it back on the shelf. I told her I am not like the average people that come in the store. I put things back where they belong if I’m not interested in buying it. Her reply was so I’m average. With that response I kept my mouth shut as I paid for the small item I had bought. I spoke up and said after I paid for my item. Do you have customers that come in here and throw stuff on the floor many times I have been in the store and zoned the toy section. She proceeded to roll her eyes. I walked out of the store. Now that knowing that you have a employee that gets smart mouth with customers and assumes they’re stealing. My complaint of the store is going to be bad. Boxes of the boxes in every aisle with freight on them nobody put them away. This is been all the time since the store has been here. Talk about years! Freight in hallways are caused for someone to fall and get hurt. You have big craters in your parking lot. Not good! This is safety! Safety first! Next time I go in there will be not on her shift. I will get a picture of the exit door and all the stuff that is put in front of it. That’s called a fire hazard and that is a emergency exit door if needed. I just wonder what the fire marshal will say I also wonder what OSHA will say about the stuff in the isles not ever cleaned up. Please take care of this issue. I believe this woman needs to find a new job, and New management needs to happen.
Better management! Parking lot fixed! And termination to those that cannot accept press good customer service!
