I just received my new replacement direct express card & I was able to activate it without any issues. I did however run into a huge problem today when my money went onto my account. I use cashapp & I have for a while now. I link my direct express debit card to my cashapp account & pay all my bills & so on & so forth. But this month direct express won't approve my request to add funds or to transfer my money from them to cashapp. Please help! I've tried calling comstomer service all day today & I've followed all the automated prompts but then I get disconnected by direct express. My bills that normally get paid today are late & I can't make any online purchases or anything. Please help
