The purpose of this contact is to express my disappointment in your dropping One America News from your channel lineup. It's an outrage and plays into the hands of the fake-news mainstream news outlets. I know you don't care about one customer's opinion, but I've been a long-term customer and supporter of DirecTV, but now I'm thinking I should rethink being faithful about supporting you. And maybe if enough customers complain to you, it will cause you to reassess your decision.
