resolve obvious fraud charges. ... am writing hoping that this finds its way to an appropriate associate of credit one. i am*was a credit one bank credit card holder. i was the victim of fraud. Both by my card number being used to make purchases at stores i’ve never shopped at and in cities i’ve never been to in my life. then a fraudulent payment was made on my account and credit one advanced a credit limit before payment bounced. then when i received text notification of possibly fraud on the account. credit one did not only cancel the card(which was in my wallet the whole time) , Credit one closed the account, suspended me from online access , ruled that no fraud took place, then transferred an $*** balance to a new account in my name. which is way more than the credit limit of the original account. I try calling to sort it out and i get put on hold, hung up on, talked in circles. i am being denied access to my previous paperless statements, or being able to log in to my creditone.com. a fraud team specialist finally talked to. But matters are worse for me as the specialist made apparent that the events and sequence of the fraud have been manipulated and the actual records of my request to investigate the fraud payment and purchases were mismanaged either intentionally or unintentionally. My suspicion is there’s an entire team of fraud within your company working together maybe you’re aware of this maybe this is just status quo I don’t know but there’s definitely a characters working in concert tennis as I’ve made multiple multiple phone calls trying to get the bottom of it and I but basically on your end you’re saying I’m not allowed to have access any of my paperless statements previous I’m not allowed to have access to anything online in regards to my account and I’m not able to be informed about a new account opening in my name on an old one is close in my name and you expect me to pay $*** when I had a credit card that I never used rarely ever use from credit one that had a very low balance on it and was fraud run up to the credit limit, a fraud payment was made and credit one allowed credit for a payment that wasn’t cleared and then The card was run to its limit again. The associates in the fraud department at credit one was telling me that I was the one that perpetrated all this irregularities. so they’re saying that I made a fake fraudulent payment on an account that’s mine. I know it would intentionally Bounce. then went and drove to Sacramento California and bought gas and clothes at crappy cheap stores that was my motive to do it. even though i’ve never been to sacramento in my entire life. I also have notification texts from credit one advising me about suspicious activities and potential fraud in regards to said charges. Also, i have “credit wise” credit monitoring services. It shows my balances and notifications of anything different with any credit card that I have. And the information at credit wise that I’ve reviewed cooperates my version of events and disproves anything that the credit One agency said happens basically saying there was no fraud if there was no fraud why did they change my accounting card I have an I have a card I’ve always had the car just to meet reiterate card has been in my back pocket since I received it I don’t think I’ve run it in months.**can i get my previous account statement records? **Also i’m sure credit one has to you about the collusion fraud taking place by their call center employees and their affiliates in the US. ***regards,
they may of may not know that a ring of organized conspirator credit one employees in india are perpetrating fraud on theirr own customers.
they can’t. it’s already negatively affected my credit with double the limit balance on the account. But if credit one stopped defrauding me and i was allowed access to my statements, that would be a start.
