I have not been able to send emails for the last ** days without changing my password on a daily basis or several times times per day. I get an error code: AUP*CXBL each time that reads "the sending IP address has been blocked by COX due to exhibiting spam-like behavior" or something like "suspicious behavior". I have contacted Cox tech support, Cox Complete Care and Tier * more times then I can count. I have had several tickets opened, the last being CUI************ a week ago. I've been told I would be called back after * or * days. But, no call back. I've been a Cox internet, phone and television customer since ****. I am a residential customer and I am not sending spam, but I do have a number of friends and car enthusiasts that have been emailed, with pictures of their cars, on a daily basis (contact groups of ** or less). I understand that Cox has sole discretion when it comes to unblocking a sending IP address. I asking for help in getting this resolved. Larry Maiorano
