My wife and I each have a Citi Master Card. Unauthorized charges have been made on both in the past day or so. Someone contacted me from your dept., at least I hope he was. His number is: ***-***-****.*I was on the phone with him on & off for almost * hours. He said he'd call me back today. He didn't. I called the above number back and spoke to someone else who also did not call me back. Also, just FYI someone hacked my e-mail and changed my password and the phone number and e-mail address for verification codes to be sent to. Please reply to: *****@***.com.
