My simcard is broken. I cannot receive any OTP CODE. How can i change my mobile no. To your system? I tried tk call Citi Puilippines but before you speak to the agent they will send an otp code which i cannot receive because mu simcard is already broken.

GetHuman-itsmejef did not yet indicate what Citibank should do to make this right.
