I'm trying to get into contact with Chase Fraud Operations because I received a letter in the email regarding my application for the Amazon Prime Visa Signature account. The letter says to call *-***-***-**** in order to verify my identity but wait times to speak with a customer support specialist are absolutely horrible. I waited for * hours and got no one on my end. The letter was issued June **, **** but it says I need to verify my identity within ** days or they will no longer consider my application. I need to speak to someone ASAP before the **-day window expires.
