My account was temporarily deactivated for security reasons. Yesterday afternoon, I contacted customer service, but since it was after banking hours, I couldn't access my funds. Today, after verifying information with another representative, I was instructed to call back from the bank. Unfortunately, upon calling from the bank, I was informed that the system was down, preventing the one-time access needed to retrieve my funds. Requesting to speak with a manager or higher authority, I was told to call back later. Frustratingly, I was advised to try again in an hour without being able to escalate the matter. This has been handled very poorly, and I am disappointed in the lack of assistance from the management team.

Someone gained unauthorized access to my account and withdrew $[redacted]. When I called to report it, the representative took nearly 5 minutes to cancel my card while money was continuously being taken out. The customer service was unprofessional, rude, and lacked concern. They promised to email me a form for my claim, but I never received it. Upon following up, I was informed my claim was denied without a chance to submit the required paperwork. I suspect foul play and feel robbed. This bank's handling of my case was unacceptable. I am desperate to recover my funds. As a struggling single mother of 4, this loss is significant. They refused to provide contact information for their corporate office. I'm seeking advice on how to reclaim my money. It's disheartening and unjust.

I am reaching out about my stolen card from mycard.com in February [redacted]. I am struggling to get in touch with your bank to cancel the card. These are my SSDI/SSA benefits, and I have been unable to access them for 2 months, which has left me homeless. My SSI worker advised me to get the routing number and account number to remove the card and close the account promptly. I provided my email, but I am currently in the hospital with no access to it. The house I am moving to has a landline at [redacted]. Please assist me in resolving this issue with mycard.com, as my information does not match in their system. I have tried multiple area codes in Oahu without success. I, Maurice Deprey, with the account ending in [redacted] and card ending in [redacted], discovered on the evening of March 31, [redacted], that my debit card was missing as I tried to make a purchase. Upon checking my card.com account, I found three unauthorized transactions. Two transactions occurred on Wednesday, March 30, around 10:58 a.m. at a Speedway store totaling $[redacted].45 and $[redacted].45. A third transaction of $[redacted] was made on March 31 at 3:40 a.m. at [redacted] Milan Road in Sandusky, Ohio. I did not make these transactions. I suspect my card information may have been compromised due to my disability, which makes me write down passwords and PIN numbers. I have reported my card lost or stolen, deactivated it, and am seeking assistance to recover my money. I urgently need these funds for rent and hope for a prompt resolution. I recently discovered that my card.com Card has been deactivated without my request. With direct deposit set up, I now have money in my account that I cannot access due to the missing active card. Additionally, I have submitted the necessary documents to update my address but have not seen any progress. On Sunday, May 1, [redacted], I visited the restaurant El Chico to pick up an order I had called in earlier for $50.91. When I arrived, I was again told the amount was $50.91. However, upon checking my account alerts, I noticed I was actually charged $61.09. I went back in to speak to the manager, who had processed my payment, and questioned the discrepancy. He mentioned some cards could overcharge themselves. Upon reviewing my receipt, I saw a $10 "change" at the bottom that wasn't discussed. The manager suggested calling him the next day, May 2, [redacted]. I want to resolve this issue as my receipt clearly states $50.91, and I find the extra charge questionable. While it's just $11, I take issue with any hint of dishonesty. Thank you.

On April 28, [redacted], a transaction appeared on my card at Gold Country Casino in Oroville, California for $[redacted].75 for an ATM withdrawal. Unfortunately, the machine malfunctioned while dispensing the money, causing me not to receive the funds. After being told it would be credited back to my account, another attempt to withdraw the funds was made, but the realization that the card belonged to a young lady led to the transaction being canceled. Despite this, my card was still charged. I am incredibly frustrated, angry, and overall upset about this situation.

I am having trouble accessing my account to activate my card, as my email address changed due to my stolen phone. The phone number provided, [redacted], is no longer active. I tried the two-step verification on my email, but my email [redacted] is not currently working. When I called to activate my card and entered my zip code, full social security number, and full date of birth, the call shut off after three attempts. I am unable to reach a real person for assistance. I received the card on May 9th, discovered restrictions on May 4th, and have been unable to acquire a PIN to use the card. I receive direct deposits from Social Security and have provided proof. Now, my new number is [redacted], but I am stuck behind the two-step verification process. My phone being stolen has made it challenging to resolve these issues. I urgently need help to activate my card and address these difficulties.

I was informed by the company that I had entered a sweepstakes and was charged $[redacted].95 on my card. The contact number for GetUltraketoblast.com given was [redacted]. Upon calling, a customer service representative offered to refund me half the amount, $59.99. They assured me a new card would be sent, but after not receiving it, a dispute representative clarified that no new card had been ordered. Due to expecting the new card, I did not halt my payroll deposit into the account connected to the card.

Hello, Myasheya Dubose. I have been using a card that is valid until 10/22, but when I tried to use it at a store recently to spend money, the transaction did not go through. Upon checking my account, I noticed that my funds were transferred to a card with an expiration date of 8/25, which I did not receive. I was charged for something I did not purchase, and I don't understand how they got my credit card information. When I called to inquire about the charge, they said they could answer my question for a dollar and refund me. Reluctantly, I provided my information, and now they have taken out $46 plus the dollar. I want to dispute this charge, and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I have repeatedly requested a paper bank statement to be sent to me, but I have yet to receive one. The customer service staff I spoke to were not helpful and were actually rude. Despite asking for my account to be closed and a closing statement to be sent, no action has been taken. Dealing with this bank has been extremely frustrating, and I am looking forward to moving my account elsewhere. I strongly advise others against opening an account with this bank.

On April 20th, [redacted], the Social Security Administration deposited my SSI check into an account that I no longer have with Card.com. It's been nearly a month, and I am confused why the funds have not been returned to the Social Security Administration. I recently noticed four unauthorized charges on my card from card.com. It appears they might be involved in this scam because they must have shared our personal information with this questionable company, resulting in multiple unauthorized charges. Despite my efforts to dispute these charges and waiting more than the indicated 5 to 7 business days for a refund, no resolution has been provided. In the meantime, two additional charges appeared, prompting me to cancel my card. However, card.com is now claiming they cannot refund the charges due to the card cancellation, which seems like an invalid excuse since the account is still active.

I had a $[redacted] dispute that wasn't resolved in my favor. I called four times because the ATM didn't dispense the money, even though it was deducted from my account. If you record phone calls, you will see this. After the $60 was taken from the total owed to me, then they said I owed $89 for unknown reasons. I overdrafted three times and sent the remainder to Cash App. They mentioned that I had money in my account, so I want everything returned so I can withdraw it. Feel free to close my account if needed, but I need my funds back. Thank you.

I was incarcerated from August 12, [redacted], to May 4, [redacted], and would like to dispute all transactions made during that time. No one was authorized to use my card during this period; it was left at my residence. Someone took and used my card without my permission. I recently reported this and was told that I would receive an email with instructions to verify my claim. I have evidence of my incarceration, including my state ID, and I am ready to provide any other necessary information. I was supposed to receive unemployment benefits when I was arrested, but the money was spent while I was in custody. I am seeking to recover my funds.

It seems my account receiving my Direct Deposit has been blocked without any notification, preventing me from accessing my money. I have submitted all required identification documents and am the account holder. I am frustrated that my funds are inaccessible due to this situation, and I urgently request the block to be lifted.

I'm encountering difficulties activating the card I ordered. Despite receiving it in the mail and entering my information, I am unable to activate it. Each time I enter my ZIP code, social security number, and birthday, I receive an error message stating that my account cannot be found. I have tried contacting customer service but have not been able to reach a live representative. It is frustrating as I am unable to resolve this issue and activate my card.
