I recently mailed a letter via regular post from Virden MB to Winnipeg MB with a USB stick inside. Unfortunately, the envelope arrived completely soaked, causing the USB stick with pictures to be lost. When I contacted the [redacted] help line, they mentioned the USB stick was probably lost at the Post office and disposed of. Although I have pictures of the damaged mail, the customer rep was not responsive to my concerns and did not investigate further. I feel extremely frustrated by this situation and would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

Tracking number LZ[redacted]0CN: I placed an order for a parcel to be delivered to [redacted] Avery Point Road, Sebright, Ontario L0K 1W0, Attention Eve Waller. However, upon tracking, I see that it was delivered to Orillia, Ontario on March 30th at 1:34 p.m. This is perplexing as Orillia is a different town with a separate postal code. Could you please investigate and locate my parcel? Alternatively, I would appreciate a refund of $39.98 U.S. for the undelivered items. The second parcel with tracking number UJ[redacted]42CN is also missing, despite the company insisting it was shipped. I am concerned about these missing items and would like prompt resolution. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with your online chat service, as it was unavailable despite being advertised. I urge you to take action to locate and deliver my parcels promptly.

I've noticed that Canada Post is not buzzing residential units for parcel deliveries even when I am at home in my apartment. This has happened to me twice now, and there were no Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time. Despite being home, I keep receiving notice cards to pick up parcels at the post office. My address details are as follows: AUDREY FORDE [redacted] Fergus Avenue APT. [redacted]/ BUZZER CODE [redacted] Mississauga, ON L5E 3G7 Canada Unfortunately, despite being home, I did not receive a buzz or any notification about the delivery.

I am inquiring about the delivery of my mail. I reside at [redacted] Inniswood Street, Innisfil, ON L9S 1X9, and I have noticed that some letters I sent have not reached their destinations. In January [redacted], a letter I sent to Newfoundland has not been received as of May [redacted]. Additionally, a letter sent to Toronto in March [redacted] has also not reached its destination as of May [redacted]. Interestingly, a card I mailed to Newfoundland from the Post Office at Shoppers Drug Mart on Innisfil Beach Road on May 1, [redacted], was received this week. This raises concerns about the collection of mail at the community box on Inniswood Street, as it appears that two of my items sent from there have not been received. Thank you, Cindy P.

I relocated on December 8, [redacted], from Elmira, Ontario, to R.R.#3, Blyth, Ontario. I initially paid for 4 months of mail forwarding but then took advantage of a special offer to extend it to a year. Recently, I received mail indicating the expiry date as April 21, [redacted], instead of December 21, [redacted]. This discrepancy worries me as I fear some important cheques might not reach me. My name and address are Janet Cowan, [redacted] Marnoch Line, Blyth, ON, N0M 1HO. Urgent correction on this issue is requested as the forwarding Post Office is Elmira, ON. I have already contacted them, and unfortunately, the customer service was unhelpful.

Our community mailbox was broken into on May 10, [redacted], at 9:30 am. I promptly reported the incident to Canada Post at 9:55 am, and "Michael" assigned reference number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. However, despite the report, Canada Post has not contacted me, and the mailbox remains unrepaired as of May 11. The burglar used a propane torch to melt the lock, targeting our box out of the 64 in the cluster at 3rd Line and Marine Drive, Oakville. My concern is that the criminal may have stolen our mail, possibly after observing a large parcel being placed in one of the larger mailboxes. When reporting the incident, I requested information on where our mail would be delivered now and asked for confirmation of recent deliveries. Specifically, I am worried about two books that were recently ordered; one was safely delivered by courier, but the other has not arrived. Despite providing my email address and mobile number, there has been no response from Canada Post so far. Michael G.

I am awaiting the delivery of a priority mail item from the US. The tracking number given is CH[redacted]55US, and the tracking system indicates that it arrived at Canada Customs clearance on 07 April at 10:17 for processing. I have been checking the status online every few days, and since 20 April, the site has indicated that delivery is expected within one to 12 business days. The item is a small package containing 2 postage stamps for collectors. Despite my efforts to inquire via phone, I have been unable to get any new information as it is an international package. This detail is only provided after going through the full inquiry process, which seems unnecessarily complicated. I am simply wondering about the current whereabouts of my item and when I can expect it to be delivered. Waiting 44 days and counting does not seem to align with a priority status. Thank you, D.T.

I usually receive parcels in our community mailbox, which I appreciate. Today, however, my parcel was left at my garage door where it was visible from the street, unlike the usual covered front entrance. The tracking number was not updated to delivered status yet. This is the second time this has occurred, with the first time leaving the package out in the rain. Fortunately, I managed to retrieve it before it got completely soaked. Everything was fine with mail delivery until recently when packages started being sent to Manotick. Perhaps there's a new driver as this issue seems to have started then. It would be greatly appreciated if drivers could leave packages at the front door and ring the doorbell upon delivery.

To Whom It May Concern, I had a concerning experience at the IDA store located at 60 Dundas St E., Mississauga. While I have an exemption from wearing a mask, the post office clerk at IDA refused to serve me without one, despite me explaining my situation. I was eventually able to get my parcels by requesting the clerk to place them on the ground for me to pick up. However, this encounter left me quite upset. I usually have a smoother experience at Shoppers, where they accommodate my mask exemption without any issues. Unfortunately, during this visit, an item I specifically came for was missing from my order, even though I received a notice that it was ready for pickup. Additionally, I am concerned about items being left in the lobby and potentially getting stolen. I hope that Canada Post can improve their delivery services to ensure items are safely delivered to my door, reducing the need for me to visit stores where my exemptions are not respected. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

I sent a package from Calgary to Aberdeen, Scotland in early April, aiming for it to reach my grandson for his 1st birthday on April 16th. However, it arrived on May 13th, opened, with no baby clothes or Easter candy, only an antique camera inside. The packaging and card were mine, but the contents were completely wrong. The tracking number on the parcel is UR[redacted]80CA as shown in the photo my son sent. Douglas Square PO suggested I reach out here. It seems like customs may have opened the package, as it contained mixed-up items. My grandson never received his Joe Fresh clothes, and I am concerned about the mix-up with the camera. I hope to find the camera's rightful owner and locate the missing gift items for my grandson. Thank you, Anne MacInnes

I am trying to track a parcel from the United States with the tracking number HJ[redacted]15US. It arrived in Canada and went through customs on May 11, [redacted]. When I check the tracking, it shows "Multiple PIN" and has not updated since. After contacting Canada Post, they mentioned the duties and taxes were $43.46 and might have been processed. Canada Border Services confirmed on May 11th that the parcel was released to Canada Post for delivery. If it doesn't arrive soon, they suggested contacting Canada Post to check if the parcel is lost. It seems like the parcel should be in the system. Can someone please help me locate this parcel? Thank you. - Dave McFadden

Hello, I received a package on May 25, [redacted], with tracking number LPR[redacted][redacted]1 around noon. The delivery person from Canada Post rang the doorbell, and when I checked, I saw them driving away. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the package, I noticed that the tube was empty and missing its end cap. I have already contacted customer service and received a service ticket. Amazon states that the package was delivered, but it was empty.

I have been on hold for a long time on your 1-[redacted] number, and it is frustrating. I hope I can get some assistance through this chat. My concern is regarding an Xpresspost mail with tracking number LP [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] CA that was meant to be delivered requiring a signature and not to be left in the mailbox. Despite the clear instructions on the envelope, the letter carrier did not follow them. This is worrying as we have experienced issues with wrong mail deliveries and neighbors keeping our packages. We fear that other Canada Post items are also being misdelivered. We reside at [redacted] Sun Valley Court, Oshawa, On L1J 3N3, Laura Clements, Roger, Liam, and Eric Jose. We have faced similar problems before, and we urge you to ensure our mail reaches us correctly in the future. Sincerely, Laura Clements

I bought an item internationally and tracked it from the sender to Halifax, then to Enfield Post Office. Enfield claimed it was delivered to my Box, but I never got it. I visited Enfield Post Office, but it wasn't there. The sender sent me a replacement, same item, tracked to Halifax Post Office and then on to Weymouth, NS. Weymouth mentioned they delivered it but didn't provide further details. Order# BVJ41970 and Tracking # [redacted][redacted]. I'm frustrated with Canada Post as I can't get any information on this parcel. Even after their promise to investigate, no answers so far. My contact is [redacted]. This issue started on Jan 6/21 and is ongoing till April 9th/21. I have all the necessary information. Thank you, B. Sturdy

I arranged for mail forwarding to start on June 24, [redacted], coinciding with the handover of my condo to new owners. I recently called to update my address permanently to my new address starting from July 1st. The mail forwarding service I paid for extends until October [redacted]. I am uncertain if my mail will automatically be redirected to my new address after the forwarding period ends or if I need to contact the service again to ensure a permanent change. Clarifying this now would save me from potential issues with the new owners regarding continued mail delivery to the old address. It would ease my mind to know that my new address is correctly updated in your system without delay.

I need to file a complaint regarding a missing package. The package could fit in my mailbox as usual, yet it was not placed there. I am concerned about the delay in the investigation process. I request the carrier to explain why the package was not delivered properly. If the package is not found, I believe further action should be taken. Thank you.

Hello, I'm reaching out because I believe there is an issue with the address assigned to [redacted] Main Street Unionville, Ontario, CA, L3R2H3. Recently, two orders from the US have mistakenly arrived at a shipping facility in Richmond Hill and were delivered to an incorrect address in Richmond Hill: 1. LZ[redacted]77US - I contacted a representative, and they generated a ticket to correct the address (#[redacted]71), as I caught it in time. 2. LX[redacted]25US - This package was also erroneously delivered to Richmond Hill, returned to the sender, and is now re-sent to me. Canada Post mentioned that the shipping label was incorrect in both cases, but I have a picture of the label for LX[redacted]25US, and it appears to be accurate. I am concerned about ordering to this address in the future due to these issues. Despite being told there's no problem with the address, receiving two consecutive wrong deliveries in Richmond Hill (which normally receives 10-20 packages a month without incident) is troubling. If you need to reach me, please email me at [redacted] or call my cell at [redacted]. Thank you, Michael

I recently moved from [redacted] Beaverhill Blvd to 63 Kamberwell Bay in Winnipeg. Despite updating my credit card address on Walmart.com, a package was recently attempted for delivery at the old address. The house has been sold, and the email notification I received stated the package was delivered there. I am now inquiring about the tracking number [redacted][redacted] to locate the missing package. Another package is on the way, scheduled to arrive between June 25 and June 30, and I am hoping to prevent the same delivery issue.

I was informed that my package had arrived, but I couldn't find it. After reaching out to the seller, they insisted it had been delivered. Despite opening a dispute, it was closed quickly as it was marked as delivered to my "mailbox", which doesn't exist in my building. Other deliveries have always been left at my door, but this one wasn't there even shortly after the delivery email. When I tracked the shipping number provided in the email, it showed that my package wasn't in the system. I'm puzzled as to where my package went since it was marked as delivered to the correct address, but I never received it.

On June 10, I was informed about a delivery that never arrived. After contacting the local office in Thunder Bay and receiving no results from their search, I am left with uncertainties. The ticket # [redacted] and tracking # LZ[redacted]35CN were provided. The supplier initially mentioned refunding the purchase price, but now they require the package to be sent back to their warehouse for a refund, which is not feasible since the package was lost while in the possession of Canada Post. Will I be compensated by Canada Post for this situation?
