I made the decision to save up and take my husband for his birthday next year.**I put myself on the wait list via the official website to be notified of when the tickets will be available for purchase.*In anticipation of this I booked flights and accommodation as they would be cheaper a few months before the event.**However it appeared that the tickets were never released to the public because the day of release they were already already sold out. Also when I tried to go online to complete the transaction there were issues with the platform. In short I did not have the opportunity to purchase them**What annoys me me most are that the contact details that are provided on the official website are useless Be it via phone or email, no one answers or bothers to return my messages.**I am so disappointed for myself and my husband as we have been looking forward to this and have actually saved up to make this our yearly holiday. Had we have known we would have put the money towards our mortgage.**Can you please make enquiries on our behalf as to what has happened? Am I correct in saying that you are partners in this event.
