I filed an insurance claim on a lost phone several days ago and was told I would receive an email to finalize the claim. I never heard anything back, except I got a phone call that was automated and it asked me to enter my cell phone number which is ***-***-**** and it told me twice that the number was incorrect even though that was the number they called me on. Please let me know what is going on with this claim. It’s a Verizon phone
