I made a claim on a broken phone. I was sent a new phone. I returned the old broken phone in the packaging provided in the box when they sent my new phone. I took it to Fed Ex and dropped it off. I am getting letters from Asurion saying I didn't return the damaged item and that they would charge me up to $****! I try to call the customer service...you get option messages...none of which are addressing the problem here....no options prof*vided for this issue!.....then it tells you to go to the website! It doesn't give you the option to email, file a dispute...nothing! I don't know what to do! I am not happy about this at all because I did return the phone!!!
