Either recover the phone if I can actually meet a live person from the address, or make my old phone (Moto G Stylus) compatible for AW service. ... My Assurance Wireless number is (***) ***-****.*Todd M. Crompton**I've been with AW for over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed the service.* On Dec *rd I lost my phone but used the find my phone app and saw approximately where it fell from my pocket while riding a bicycle. I proceeded to secure the phone and entered a message requesting the finder call my friend's phone. Within moments, a traveling couple from Canada called and we made contact. They said they would leave the phone with the "Air B&B people. Next day I located my phone by map at **** Jefferson St., Boise Idaho *****. I found out it's a condo but no one would answer the primary entrance.** As my minutes start over every month on the *th or *th, I am concerned that before I retrieve my phone, or aquire a loaner, I might lose your service. Would you please validate my use for December? Also, I have an Moto G * Stilus. It was previously on Metro by T Mobile a year ago. I believe I just have to get an unlock code from T Mobile. Theoretically with the sim card it should work. Can you please advise me?
I have repeatedly ridden my bicycle to the dwelling hoping someone would answer my knock.
I have no expectations other than asking the proper protocols.
Customer of Assurance Wireless for ** or ** months. I did not expect such great signal or the generous plan. I am very happy with Assurance Wireless.
It's more of a luck or waiting game to recover the Moto G Pure.
