Hello, My wife ordered a horse T-shirt for our granddaughter on March 17, [redacted], for Easter. We received the shirt, and it fits her perfectly. Today, I (Mr. Freddy Cheter - Mrs. Cheter's husband) checked my bank statement and noticed a deduction of 49 euros for an Amazon prime. We are not frequent Amazon shoppers and believe this charge to be a mistake. I kindly request a refund of the 49 euros for the incorrect prime charge. I purchased an Esright grey recliner chair from Amazon, but it is not suitable for a stroke survivor. Despite the free shipping for delivery, I am unhappy about having to pay for the return shipment. The chair was $[redacted].99, but the return shipping costs $[redacted]. I believe it is unreasonable to pay more for shipping than the chair itself. I want a prompt refund as I do not intend to keep the chair. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be making future purchases from this company or recommending them. Good afternoon, this is my second attempt to resolve this. I emailed on April 13 at 8:42 PM and have not yet received a response. In the email, I clearly stated that I did not order a Kindle version of the book "Mistletoe and Mayhem." After receiving a notification about this "order," I came to know that an error had occurred. The email provided the order number as DO1-[redacted]-[redacted]. I actually ordered the paperback version of "Mistletoe and Mayhem" and another item with confirmation number [redacted]-[redacted]. Today, I found out that payment for the Kindle version was deducted from my credit card. I kindly request a refund to my account for the Kindle purchase and cancellation of that order. I purchased a "Rolltop® Assembled Desktop CPU,Intel Core i5 2nd Generation 2.6 GHZ Processor,H 61 Motherboard, 4 GB RAM, [redacted] GB HDD, Wi-FI Adaptor, Windows 10 & MS Office Trial Version (Keyboard)" on July 13, [redacted]. The company offers a one-year warranty. I'm experiencing issues with my CPU. I reached out to Amazon's call center ten days ago to request a replacement. They provided me with Rolltop's contact details, so I emailed them and messaged on Whatsapp. I'm still waiting for a response. If this is the level of service, why should customers choose Amazon? I have been attempting to update my email address for over 5 weeks without success. I recently changed jobs, and my current email associated with the account is no longer valid. Despite making numerous phone calls and providing all necessary information like charge codes, credit card details, personal info, and the inability to remember specific purchases, I have been unable to make the change. As a result, I haven't been able to use my Prime membership for over a month, yet I'm still being charged. After following the advice of your representatives, I now have a new account linked to my phone number, causing further issues as I can't access my personal account due to this phone number conflict. I am eager to access my accounts to review purchase history, but my attempts to get assistance from Amazon have been futile. Therefore, I am requesting support to cancel ALL MY AMAZON ACCOUNTS AND SERVICES due to the unsatisfactory customer service experience I have encountered.

Regarding my Acer Laptop order number [redacted]-[redacted] placed on April 11, [redacted], it was delivered on April 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the laptop turned out to be defective, and a return request was initiated. However, during the scheduled pickup on April 14, [redacted], the courier refused to take it as he hadn't received the necessary information on the app. Despite contacting Amazon customer service on April 15, [redacted], and being given a new pickup date of April 16, [redacted], the issue persisted. Today, upon the scheduled pickup, the courier mentioned that the return request date was not updated on the app to reflect April 16, [redacted], causing confusion. Despite further communication with Amazon customer service for a resolution, the problem remains unresolved. I kindly request assistance in expediting the pickup process for the return request. I am in search of a book I recently ordered. The Order Number is [redacted]-[redacted] for "Switching Hour: Magic and Mayhem" that was supposed to be delivered to me at [redacted] 20th Avenue, Apt [redacted], Longview, Washington, [redacted]. I believe the front porch in the photo is mine, but I did not receive the correct items that I ordered. Instead of the "Dixie Heavy Duty Paper Plates (6.[redacted] inch 50 count) (3)" I was expecting, I received a package in a Walmart bag with no address or company information. The package was addressed to S. Ross with a different order number than my Amazon order. Inside the bag, there were 8 1/2 inch plates, not the ones I ordered, so I assumed it was a wrong delivery and returned it to Walmart. Bella Ecom Inc should have included my name, Amazon order number, and contact information on the package, which was missing. I feel it is important for suppliers to properly package and label items to avoid confusion. I have never experienced this issue with Amazon before, and I hope they will ensure correct deliveries in the future. I am requesting that my original order be sent to me or a refund be provided. Dear sir, We regret hearing about Amazon's signing of the letter "We stand for democracy." When seeking employment at a tech company, background checks are standard procedure. Similarly, airports conduct ID and security checks for passenger safety. Georgia's new voting law is viewed as fair and protective of our democratic rights. Those who fail to understand the law's importance may be misguided. We plan to boycott your business and cancel our Prime membership as a result. As a profitable company, it is crucial to remain neutral outside of business matters. The title "We stand for democracy" appears ironic given recent events. Perhaps a more fitting title would be "We, the hypocrites, aiding in democracy's demise." Your decision to support questionable practices is disappointing. Thank you.

I recently discovered over $[redacted] in charges from Sling on my American Express card. After contacting AMX, they confirmed the charges were fraudulent, credited them back, and issued me a new card. However, I encountered an issue when trying to update my payment information on my Amazon account, which was linked to my AMX. It appears that Sling is the provider for Amazon and this has caused my account to be blocked since February. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to resolve this with Amazon customer service. I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund for the fraudulent charges, update my payment details, and regain access to my Amazon Prime account. I had a Sling subscription for $45/month, which I paid for willingly. I am frustrated and in need of urgent help from someone with the authority to address this matter. Please refrain from suggesting to update my payment method online as I am currently unable to log into my Amazon account.

I purchased a MacMotion recliner with ottoman five weeks ago. The chair arrived in two boxes which I had to assemble. Unfortunately, once assembled, I found the chair to be unsatisfactory. Amazon agreed to a return, but requested I disassemble and return it in the original boxes, which I no longer have. An Amazon representative offered $50 to disassemble and pack it in a box, which I did two weeks ago. I have been waiting for Exacme, the third-party seller, to pick up the package since then. Despite multiple calls to Amazon and follow-ups with Exacme, the issue remains unresolved. I urgently need assistance with getting the box picked up. Thank you for your help.

I am encountering difficulties logging into my account. Despite resetting my password, I cannot access it. The system prompts me to enter a code sent to a phone number, but I no longer have access to that phone to receive texts. I have tried changing my password, but even after correctly entering the OTP sent to my email, I still cannot log in. Due to not having a phone, I am unable to contact Customer Service or submit any identification documents. I do not foresee being able to afford a phone in the near future and may never have access to that phone number again. I have extensively searched for solutions on Amazon Help & Customer Service without success. If this email address is incorrect, kindly direct it to the appropriate department or provide alternative contact information.

I received an email stating that my order of digestive enzymes was delivered and left inside my mailbox, but I did not find the package. I am unsure of the delivery person's identity to reach out to. If not, I would like the product to be reshipped to me. On April 21st, T-Mobile changed my cell phone numbers to [redacted] and [redacted] due to numerous scam calls. After discovering that my old numbers were still linked to Amazon's OTP service, I contacted Amazon multiple times to rectify the issue with no resolution. I have provided proof of identity with my passport and bill statements to the email address specified but have not received any response from Amazon. Despite speaking with representatives, the problem remains unresolved, causing me inconvenience and frustration. I am eager to regain access to my account and continue using OTP on my new numbers. The lack of communication and assistance from Amazon has been disappointing, and I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I am disappointed to learn that Amazon seems to prioritize money over values by ignoring both Republicans and Democrats. It feels like they are only interested in power and wealth, disregarding the well-being of the country. Their actions make me question how much money is truly enough for Amazon. It's disheartening to see a company that benefits so much from people's support turn a blind eye to societal issues and inequality. I hope they reconsider their stance and consider making a positive impact in the world, rather than just accumulating wealth.

I am having trouble using my Kindle. The model number, SL056ZE, is hard to read. Every time I try to register it, it says my password is wrong. I am certain my password is correct as I use it daily on different devices. Even when I try creating a new account, the password is rejected. It has been sitting unused for a year because I couldn't get it to work. I have factory reset it many times without success. Any help you can provide would be welcomed.
