I ordered the Glassiano Navy Blue Waterproof & Dustproof Washing Machine Cover for my IFB Senorita Aqua VX 6.5 kg Washing machine on 2.4.[redacted] and opted to pay in cash. Today, upon delivery, I paid Rs. [redacted] as requested. To my surprise, upon opening the package, instead of the washing machine cover, I received a girl's trouser. I kindly ask for the correct product to be sent to me and for the wrong item to be returned. Thank you. - C Vijayakumar

Regarding "NSI Strontium," from order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed on 3/28/21, I am experiencing an issue. Amazon's tracking shows the item as delivered, but I have not received it. UPS stated a delivery was "attempted" but that they could not complete it and are now holding it for pick up. This is confusing as they could have left it at my door without needing a signature or for anyone to be present. Due to being partially disabled, I am unable to pick it up. Ordering from Amazon was to have it delivered to my home for convenience. Past orders of this item were successful without issues. If this situation cannot be resolved, I would like to request a refund. Thank you.

I recently noticed that Amazon has started using USPS for most of their deliveries instead of UPS/FEDEX. As a Prime member, this change was a factor in my subscription. I reside in a rural area where my mailbox is situated away from my house. USPS packages typically don't fit in the box, leading to them being left hanging or at the post office for me to collect, which can be inconvenient as the post office is 15 miles away. This defeats the purpose of having a Prime membership. Additionally, because my mailbox is on a public road, packages left hanging are vulnerable to theft. With the current situation involving COVID-19, avoiding unnecessary trips like going to the post office is crucial.

I am Alan M., and my girlfriend's name is Crystal N. We reside at [redacted] White Plains Rd, Spartanburg, SC [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] and Crystal at [redacted]. We placed an order for 2 RC trucks priced around $[redacted] each. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, got locked out of the account, and despite numerous calls to customer service and online help, I have received no resolution and only frustration. The issue remains unresolved, with our money held and no merchandise received. Kindly refund the money to my girlfriend's card. I have provided ample evidence to confirm our ownership of the funds. If necessary, I can provide the card number and security code. This situation has already impacted a special occasion, and all we seek is a refund to her card. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm worried that there might be two accounts under my name. When I first opened an account, I mistakenly entered "Jouce" instead of "Joyce" as my name. I left it like that for over 6 months before realizing the error. Customer service told me to open a new account, even though I argued against it. They assured me the old account was closed. In February, the original account briefly appeared when I was ordering items, then disappeared. Now, when I try to log in, Amazon is asking for a password, which was never required before. I want confirmation and documentation that only one account exists, especially since my phone number changed.

I suspect that there might be unauthorized activity on an Amazon account previously registered under my name. I urgently request Amazon to confirm in writing that there is only one active account for Joyce Trawick linked to the phone number ending in [redacted] and that the old account has been closed. I recall a discrepancy in the account name "Jouce Trawick" incorrectly displayed during a previous conversation with what I believed to be Amazon. Initially told to open a new account, I later learned that corrections could have been made instead. I observed a suspicious order resembling one of mine under the incorrect name "Jouce" that quickly disappeared. I seek assurances from Amazon that no items are being ordered fraudulently in my name and request clarification. Thank you.

Amazon mistakenly delivered two blank USBs instead of the 2 Xtra-PC devices I ordered from Xtra-pc.com. Despite informing Amazon through GetHuman, they only provided unclear direction and did not resolve the issue. Despite numerous emails, Amazon has not assisted me in replacing or refunding the incorrect items. I wonder if they can retain my payment for items I did not request. Thanks, C.F. Rawlins

However, I have not received any confirmation email to my email address, [redacted] Additionally, I had been able to see the order history on Amazon for a brief period, but it has now disappeared. This has left me without an order number and unsure about the status of my package. I can confirm that the payment has already been deducted from my account. My Amazon card is currently on hold because it was linked to my old account that got closed due to suspicious activities. Since then, we've made significant changes like replacing all bank accounts, getting new credit/debit cards, enhancing computer security, and updating our phone numbers. Only I have access to the new email and password. After being a loyal customer for over 22 years and spending thousands on various purchases, not just Kindle books, it's frustrating that I still can't access my account. I urgently need to make purchases and having an active account is crucial. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly.

I tried to place an order expecting free shipping for purchases over $50. The advertisement was misleading as it stated free shipping for amounts over $25. Despite calling, the representatives were not helpful. The first call mentioned the S&H was for "prime," but I clarified it was for the first free shipping and handling. The second call promised delivery by April 11th with free shipping. The third option provided varied costs for S&H, none matching the claim of free shipping. Each representative failed to provide a clear answer during lengthy calls. I have copies of the misleading advertisements for reference.

As a long-time Amazon customer, I frequently purchase items from your site. Recently, I have been experiencing frequent verification sign-on requests for the past two months. Amazon prompts me to enter a code sent to my email, but I never receive it. This situation forces me to contact customer service consistently, where I endure several account-related questions to access my account. However, the issue persists, as the verification requests reappear within 24 hours of my clearance. I am curious as to why I am encountering these frequent verification checks during logging in.

Hello, I am having trouble placing an order on Amazon due to a pop-up window asking me to confirm my identity by sending a text or voice message to my mobile phone. Unfortunately, my mobile phone is not working, but I do have a landline that only accepts voice messages. I've already reached out to Amazon Help, but their solution of changing my phone information by logging in is not working as I keep getting redirected to the pop-up after entering the temporary password provided. I need a solution that does not involve a circular process. I believe removing my mobile phone number from my account could eliminate the issue, as I no longer use it for Amazon Prime. Could you please help me resolve this by eliminating the pop-up? Thank you. -- M.

An order was placed in my name without my authorization. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I am David A. and did not place this order. Please ensure that I am not associated with this order. The items in question are a Bravia KLV HD TV and a Microsoft Xbox. I received an email notification from Amazon with the details mentioning that the items were to be sent to Carter D., 46 Shore Street, Rochester, NY, [redacted], USA. I do not recognize this individual and had no involvement in the order. It appears the person responsible, whether using that name or not, should be apprehended. To reiterate, I did not make this purchase and request the cancellation of the order. Kindly take appropriate actions regarding the individual involved.

Dear Amazon.com Customer Service, I am writing in response to the automated message I received about being unable to access my Amazon account due to a notification issue. Hello, good afternoon. I hope all is well. I wish to inform you that my Amazon account has been blocked due to unusual activity. I must confess, I attempted to access Amazon Prime without a credit card. In my eagerness, I searched for a free card online to use for the trial. Weeks later, my account was blocked, and I was left puzzled until I recalled my actions. I deeply regret breaking the rules. This issue occurred a year ago, and I am still unable to access my account. I hope you have a good day. Thank you.

Hello, I'm reaching out about my recent order for a laptop touchscreen, HP printer, and Alexa device. I provided the requested documents, including bank statements, to verify the purchase. Despite this, there seems to be a hold on my order. My husband's details were also shared, and our addresses match, along with our linked bank accounts. I urgently need these items for my husband's online school classes, which have already started. I kindly ask for the hold to be removed and for a rush on the shipment to prevent any further delays. I understand the need for security measures but hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue and I look forward to a swift resolution.

I encountered an issue on Amazon's Orders page after changing my password. Some long strings of letters are now blocking information at the top of the page, and I can't remove them. Whenever I try deleting them, they reappear on a different page. I'm unsure if this is an Amazon problem, an issue with my computer, or potentially a hacking situation. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I purchased a set of four shocks from Shock Surplus using my Amazon credit card. Unfortunately, the first order was missing one shock due to poor packaging. They sent a replacement, but it arrived empty for the same reason. After much difficulty, I bought the replacement shock from Amazon directly. Shock Surplus claims UPS won't reimburse them, and I'm out $[redacted].93, the cost of my Amazon order# [redacted]-[redacted] sold by Amazon Services. I feel the company is dishonest. This experience has led me to be cautious and check reviews before buying from companies using Amazon's services.

1--I switched email providers recently, and now my Centurylink email isn't functioning properly. 2--I am having trouble resetting my password and updating my email address on Amazon because I am unable to access the account. 3--There are unauthorized orders made under my name fraudulently on your platform. I have not made any purchases in a long time, and it seems someone is using your platform to deceive individuals by making false purchases.

I recently made purchases with your company and encountered an issue with the delivery address. Despite requesting to change my address from a post office box to a physical address in Rechnitz, LOTTO CAFE, Hauptplatz 25, I was disappointed to find that my items were still sent to the P.O. Box and subsequently returned by DHL. I had specifically reached out to correct this, but the person I spoke to, who identified as Indian, failed to update the details as promised. It seems there was a misunderstanding which resulted in the delivery mishap. Moving forward, it would be helpful if Amazon could emphasize on their website that DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, to prevent similar issues for other customers.
