I booked a stay from Jan 13 to Jan 20 on Sunday, Nov 14. I haven't received a confirmation for the reservation yet. I used a Visa instead of a Mastercard since the Mastercard has a $[redacted] limit. I need confirmation with the dates, flight numbers, etc., quickly. Contact me at [redacted]. I listed my husband's name and our home number, which doesn't receive texts, only messages. The credit card company confirmed the charge. If I don't receive a confirmation number and boarding passes promptly, I'll have to cancel the charge.

I had to cancel a reservation for 4 due to my son's surgery. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts online, we tried calling, texting (unavailable), and emailing (auto-response only). After 7 tries, 1 week, and a 3-hour hold, we drove to the airport. Despite no one at the counter 45 minutes before the flight, I convinced TSA to find someone. After a lengthy wait, a woman showed up, and with persistence, the reservation was finally cancelled after she made a phone call. I appreciate the help, but it was a stressful experience, especially with my son recovering from surgery.

I recently received communication from Paynuver regarding my lost luggage claim filed in August for compensation. After submitting my bank account details, I have not seen the funds reflected in my account. Despite trying to contact customer relations through email, phone calls, and online chat, I have not received assistance or a response regarding the delay. The link provided to track the payment has expired, and I am unsure if there is a specific timeframe for the funds to process into my account. Upon checking with my bank, they have not detected any pending deposits. I am seeking guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue promptly.

I submitted my DOT form last week to request approval for my service dog. Surprisingly, they denied it, claiming it was fraudulent without any explanation. I completed the form accurately and have a legitimate disability, receiving government assistance before. I trained my dog myself about 5 years ago and he serves as my medical hearing alert dog, a task within my rights. There is no obligation for formal training or documentation for my service dog. I shared this information with them via email. I am attempting to contact Customer Care to resolve this issue or consider canceling my flight for a refund.

My husband and I recently lost our father, so we are traveling to New Orleans to make funeral arrangements. While at the Louisville counter, I had a difficult experience with a staff member named "Joanna" regarding our luggage. We were unexpectedly charged $[redacted] for 2 carry-on bags and 1 checked bag. Despite my request to speak to a supervisor, Joanna suggested we call customer service to have the fees waived due to our family emergency. Feeling overwhelmed by the situation, we briefly stepped away from the counter to discuss the unexpected charges. Upon returning, Joanna accused me of trying to scam the airline, which left me in tears as my only intention was to catch our flight to attend to my father. Although I acknowledge luggage fees are common, the $[redacted] charge, especially for carry-on bags, came as a surprise. The supervisor attempted to waive the fee, but since I had already paid, it wasn't feasible. I am seeking assistance as this unexpected expense is a financial burden for us during this difficult time.

Regarding Itinerary #B7VK4J for the June 24, [redacted] flight, I had reserved this flight for my daughter, son-in-law, and 6-year-old granddaughter to attend a memorial service in Cincinnati, Ohio. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed for 6 hours, and upon boarding, they were informed of mechanical issues with the aircraft. Due to concern for their safety, they opted to cancel the flight. Subsequently, my granddaughter was hospitalized for 8 days in Tampa with a viral lung issue, likely contracted during the extended wait at the airport. Initially, Bank of America refunded $[redacted] for the flight through my Allegiant credit card, but Allegiant Airlines disputed this refund, reinstating the charge. Consequently, I have opted to close my Allegiant credit card and request a review of this refund dispute. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you. Carol R.

I recently booked a flight from Oakland to Bellingham, WA on November 24th to visit family for Thanksgiving. However, I encountered some issues with TSA due to needing assistance while in a wheelchair, which caused a delay. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the gate at 8:30pm, just 15 minutes before the 8:45pm departure, I was told I was too late as the door had closed. This led me to book a last-minute flight with Delta from San Francisco to Seattle on Thanksgiving morning for $[redacted]. Despite the inconvenience, I was able to retrieve my luggage from the plane after visiting the Allegiant office at Bellingham airport. My wife and I are looking to fly from PITT to PBI on January 24, [redacted], with our small dog. Despite the soft carrier fitting under the seat, we prefer to buy a third seat for added comfort during the journey with our pet. We have an allegiant voucher and a VISA voucher from a previous flight cancellation in August that we would like to use for this booking. Can you assist us with this request?

I made a flight booking to attend a funeral this weekend, but the confirmation shows a return date of January 3 instead of the intended date. I attempted to modify the return date, but there are no options for that day. Even when trying to cancel the entire trip, I would only receive a partial refund of $85 out of the $[redacted] paid less than 15 minutes ago. Even canceling just the return portion does not result in a full refund. This situation is frustrating as the error was just noticed, and I am seeking a complete refund.

I am currently seeking a refund for a canceled international flight. Last year, amidst the Covid flight restrictions, my first flight segment was canceled because I did not book in advance enough to clear a background check (as I had to return the same day). Consequently, the second segment was also canceled. While the refund for the first part was processed, Allegiant, the airline for the second leg, issued a flight voucher instead of a refund. I am now looking to receive a refund for this second segment.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent Allegiant flight from SNA to Spokane that was canceled due to fog. Despite being reassured of automatic reimbursement for the canceled flights, I have yet to receive my refund. Subsequently, I had to book new round trip flights with a 5-hour layover each way, incurring additional fees of $80+ from the travel agency and approximately $[redacted] for new reservations. This unexpected expense was a significant inconvenience, especially as my family was eagerly awaiting our arrival for the holiday. I am reaching out to Allegiant in hopes of resolving this matter and receiving reimbursement for the disrupted and costly travel arrangements.

I had to cancel a flight for my 79-year-old mother online, and the credit codes were sent to her Yahoo account. Unfortunately, my niece set up her phone to delete emails after 5 days, causing her to lose the information. We plan to use the credit for a trip to Arizona and kindly request the code to be resent. I need to cancel a flight for a minor under itinerary # BJZV9J and receive a full refund. The airline did not inform me of the minor policy, causing this situation. I have been on the phone for five hours today seeking assistance. I spoke with Olivia, Manny, and am currently on hold again at 1:35 am EST. I appreciate the efforts of the customer service representatives like Felisha who are making the company better. In case there is a weather advisory, I hope that the flight will be cancelled with a full refund as he is a minor and needs to return to school. Buffalo in January typically has travel advisories, and I am thankful for the help received on a flight from Sanford to Buffalo. I bought round-trip tickets for a flight from Albany, NY, to St. Petersburg Clearwater International for myself and another person. We encountered hidden charges on the outbound flight, which was disappointing. When I discovered the return flight for November 22 was canceled, I couldn't reach anyone for assistance. Consequently, I had to purchase two one-way tickets and pay for baggage just to get home. After finally connecting with Allegiant, they assured me a refund for the initial flight that wasn't canceled. I am seeking a refund for the second flight, totaling $[redacted] ($60 ticket cost, $[redacted] one-way tickets, and $50 for baggage).

I have a confirmed booking with confirmation number BJVHKP. Unfortunately, my daughter, who was supposed to travel with me, had a serious accident and her neurologist advised against flying, so she had to cancel her part of the flight. I attempted to check in and change my seat to 3D, but encountered difficulties. I was originally assigned seat 12E, but I am disabled and prefer an aisle seat in rows 1-6. After a $1.50 charge for the seat change, my check-in process was interrupted, prompting me to seek assistance from an attendant. Additionally, I require wheelchair assistance from ticketing to the gate and onto the plane.
