Need Receiver Replacement ... There was a power outage at my home for about ** minutes. When the power came back on, the main receiver, the Motorola VIP**** would not reboot. The screen showed a number * and a gear. Per my review that meant the unit was probably damaged. I was able to use another unit from a *th TV to get the TV up and running, however, that unit does not have the DVR in it. I need to get a new unit. Please give me the telephone number in customer service that I can accomplish this. I can't get past the diagnostics on the ***-***-**** telephone. If you want to keep me as a customer I need help ASAP. I have wasted several hours trying to get through to your system. I need a new unit shipped to my home ASAP. How to I do that.
