What is the cancellation policy?

easyHotel has a flexible cancellation policy, allowing guests to amend or cancel their bookings up to 12 noon on the day of arrival without any penalties. However, please note that changes or cancellations made after this cut-off time will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled, and the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. To manage or cancel a booking, guests can either use the booking confirmation email's link or contact the easyHotel reservations team directly. Familiarizing oneself with the precise cancellation policy and making any necessary changes within the specified time frame will ensure a hassle-free experience with easyHotel.
