What is the policy for traveling with infants or children?

Asked 6 months ago
US Airways warmly welcomes infants and children on board their flights. For infants under two years old, passengers can travel on their lap free of charge. However, we strongly recommend booking a separate seat for your child to ensure their safety and convenience. On most flights, child and infant fares are available at discounted rates. Additionally, we provide complimentary baby bassinets on select international flights, subject to availability. We also allow passengers to bring strollers and car seats on board, which can be checked at the gate at no extra cost. For older children, we have a range of entertainment options and kid-friendly meals available. Please check our website or contact our customer service for further information or assistance.
