What is TriGem's return or refund policy?
TriGem offers a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. TriGem will provide a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the product is damaged or faulty, TriGem will cover all return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
