What is Swarovski's return policy?

Swarovski's return policy allows customers to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase at any Swarovski retail store. Online orders can also be returned via mail within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a proof of purchase. However, personalized items, gift cards, and pierced earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For items purchased from third-party retailers, customers are advised to contact the respective store for their return policy. Swarovski provides refunds via the original payment method and covers the return shipping costs for online orders, excluding personalized items. Customers should refer to Swarovski's website or contact their customer service for further details.
