Our return policy at MyStore365.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase. We offer a hassle-free return process to ensure customer satisfaction. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team either by phone or email. They will provide a return authorization number and further instructions. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note that certain products may have specific return restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
