Microsmith, Inc. has a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it for any damages or signs of use. A refund will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees, within 7 business days.
