What is the return policy for MachMotion products?

MachMotion offers a straightforward return policy for its products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. However, please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, will be issued within 10 business days.
