On 10 September 2023, I paid for an annual subscription for Lumosity Premium as I have for several years. I understand that even if I cancel the subscription, I should be able to access Lumosity until 10 September 2024. I am unable

to access Lumosity's premium services. Why might this be? This is definitely unusual, but there could be a number of reasons. If your payment was processed but you're not seeing Lumosity's Premium features, there might be an issue with your account settings or a glitch in the system. It's important to double-check that you are logged into the correct account that you subscribed with. Logging out and back in again may also help to resolve this issue. If these solutions don't restore your access, there could be a technical issue that may need further attention.
