Our refund policy at CDconnection.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation. Please note that we cannot accept returns for digital downloads or personalized items, unless there is a defect in the product. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form available on our website. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
