I had purchased a 12-month subscription of Style at Home magazine for my daughter's birthday through Magazine Direct. Unfortunately, no magazines have been received, and I have learned that the subscription will not commence for another four months. This delay is unacceptable. After reading the negative reviews of Magazine Direct, I have sought a full refund from the company and threatened to involve the Ombudsman if necessary. Sincerely, Maureen Hawthorn
