We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. However, due to our fast processing times, Woot cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you don't want the item, you will have to return it once it arrives. Remember, unfortunately, Woot does not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged or defective. I want to change my shipping to overnight

Unfortunately, Woot does not offer overnight shipping. All orders are shipped via standard delivery, which can take 3-8 business days. This is due to their business model, where items are prepped for shipping after sales events close, which allows them to offer their products at a lower cost. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Please refer to your account for updates on delivery.

How do I get my item redelivered

If there is an issue with the delivery of your item from Woot, such as it being undelivered or returned to Woot, unfortunately, we do not have a system to redeliver items at this time. If a package is returned due to incorrect information or if it was deemed undeliverable, a refund will be issued. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing an order. If there was a delivery problem due to fault of the carrier, please contact them directly for resolution.
