We apologize for the inconvenience, but once a transaction is in a pending status, it can't be cancelled directly through WePay. The transaction is in progress between your bank and WePay. It is recommended to wait until the transaction clears, after which, if necessary, you can initiate a refund. Unfortunately, the timing of when the transaction will clear is not within our control as it is determined by the banks involved.
