Trying to move photos from one page to another. The photo just snaps back to its original position.

If an album is full, photos cannot be moved into it and may return to their original position. If there is enough space, try to drag and drop the photos again. If the issue persists, this could be due to temporary software glitches which can usually be solved by refreshing your browser, trying a different browser, or clearing your browser cache. If these suggestions don't work, there could possibly be a technical issue with Snapfish and you may need to wait for them to resolve it.

I received my 51 photos, 2 sets. 80% of them are cropped with heads off etc :(

When it comes to photos being cropped, this issue often arises when the aspect ratio of the original photo doesn't match the aspect ratio of the selected print size. This wrong selection can result in parts of the photo being cut off. When you place an order, you can adjust and preview how your photos will be cropped during the editing process.
