I need my sons access id to order his pictures

If you don't have your son's Picture Day Access Code to place an order on LifeTouch's website, you can usually get it from his school. Generally, LifeTouch provides these unique codes to each school they service. The teams at the schools then distribute them to parents or guardians. If you’re unable to get the code from the school, we recommend waiting until after picture day. Photos usually appear on the website 10 days after picture day and you can then use the child's name and other identifying information to order directly.

How do i order a class picture online

To order a class picture online, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Lifetouch website. 2. Click on "Order Your School Pictures". 3. Enter the Picture Day ID or your child's school name and city. 4. Find your child's picture and select the package or product that you want to purchase. 5. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. 6. Fill in your payment information and shipping details. 7. After reviewing your order, click on "Place Order" to finalize the purchase. Please note, you will need your Picture Day ID, which may be found on a flyer given by your school or by contacting the school directly.

I did not receive pictures I paid for

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your pictures yet. Given normal circumstances, delivery of photos from LifeTouch should take approximately 2-3 weeks following the photography event. If it's been longer than this, there may have been a delay or issue with your order. We recommend checking the tracking number if one was provided. If you still can't locate your photos, get in touch with LifeTouch's customer service for further assistance. They can help resolve any issues and ensure your photos are delivered to you as soon as possible.

how to start a church directory

Starting a church directory with Lifetouch is quite simple. First, schedule a photography event with Lifetouch. Once the photos are taken, the church members select their photos for the directory. Lifetouch then designs a custom directory for your church with the selected photos, along with any additional information or sections you'd like to include such as a pastor's message or a calendar of events. Review and approve the design. Lifetouch will then print and deliver your church directories to you. The whole process is free. You only pay if you want additional printed directories or specific services.
