I booked 2 seperate trips with you and used Affirm. I canceled both trips through the airlines website.
When will that be refunded to them, so I am not responsible for the monthly payment
After canceling your flights directly with the airline, you should immediately inform the Affirm customer service team about the cancellation so they can begin the refund process. Once Affirm receives your refund from the airline, it will be applied to your outstanding balance. However, the duration of this process depends on the airline's refund policy and may take some time. During this period, you're still responsible for any payments due on your Affirm loan. Therefore, continue making payments to Affirm until you see that your refund has been processed. Also, keep in mind, Affirm doesn't control when the airline processes the refund.
