Indeed, you can change your destination with FlixBus. You are allowed to cancel your original booking and then make a new one with your new destination. Please note that a cancellation fee may be applied according to the time of cancellation. After cancellation, you will receive a voucher for the refund amount that can be used for future bookings. Yes, you can use your friend's FlixBus ticket. FlixBus tickets are not personalized and therefore are transferable. You don't have to change the name on the ticket. As long as the ticket is valid and for the correct journey, it can be used by someone other than the person who purchased it.
