can no longer access my personal Lists on Discogs

Logging into my account redirects me to create new account. I already have an account. Cannot get direct log in page

I am being asked to pay UK VAT for an order being posted in the US to a US address.

I have purchased a record off a seller, the record is the Caribbeans,let me walk by, it's been several weeks since I ordered it, sent several messages but no reply?
