I just joined yesterday and submitted a couple pictures. Why am getting a notice that I need to submit a picture?

It may take a little while for your photos to be reviewed and approved by CatholicMatch. This is a process CatholicMatch has in place to ensure that all photos follow their guidelines and are respectful. If you've already uploaded your photos and are still seeing this message, it could be that your photos are still under review. If the message persists even after a reasonable period, consider re-uploading your photo, making sure it adheres to the guidelines given.

I want to Cancel my Catholic Match subscription?

You can cancel your CatholicMatch subscription at any time, but first you have to turn off your auto-renewal in account settings. Here's how to do it: 1. Select profile photo in the top right and click on 'Account'. 2. Go to 'Subscription' tab. 3. Click 'Cancel auto-renew'. After this, you will not be billed again for your subscription. Remember, your account will remain a premium account until your subscription expires. If you want to permanently delete your account, that's different from cancelling a subscription. For that, go to 'Account' and then 'Data & Privacy' and select 'Delete My Account'. Always be sure before you do this as deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
